The landlord deposits the full job amount into ArmaRenta escrow before you start. Once you finish and the landlord approves, your payment is released. Naka-escrow ang bayad bago ka magsimula, kaya sigurado kang babayaran kapag tapos na ang trabaho.

Is it free to join as a service pro? / Libre bang mag-join?

Yes. Joining and applying is completely free. ArmaRenta only charges a small service fee (10%) deducted from your payout when you complete a job. Libre ang mag-join at mag-apply - may maliit lang na service fee kapag may natapos kang trabaho.

Do I need a license or ID? / Kailangan ba ng lisensya o ID?

You can sign up and start applying right away. Uploading a valid government ID gets you a Verified badge, which helps you win more jobs. Pwede ka nang mag-apply agad - mag-upload ng valid ID para makuha ang Verified badge at mas maraming trabaho.
